Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. (Tabangao, Batangas)

In 2004, Euro Dismantling Services (EDS) and CITIMAX carried out the demolition of the aboveground structures of Shell Tabangao Refinery Process Units 1 and 2. The project primarily utilized cold-cutting techniques with hydraulic shears, ensuring safe and efficient dismantling operations.

The demolition generated approximately 1,000 metric tons of metal scrap, which was managed and disposed of by CITIMAX. The project was completed with an excellent safety performance, achieving 75,000 man-hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).
