Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. (Pandacan, Metro Manila)

CITIMAX successfully completed the demolition of the Shell Pandacan Fuel Terminal from July to November 2015, following the Supreme Court directive requiring oil terminals to relocate from Pandacan within six months of the ruling.

The project involved the dismantling of storage tanks, vessels, pipelines, and buildings using hydraulic shears exclusively, ensuring safe and efficient demolition operations. Approximately 4,000 metric tons of metal scrap were recovered during the project, which was completed with an outstanding safety record of 120,000 man-hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).
